This Faith Talk on the Parables of Luke was broadcast by live stream on Wednesday 21st September. Our distinguished speaker is Deacon Sean Loone, well-known in the diocese of Birmingham for his work in education and in evangelisation. Sean speaks about the parables in the Gospel of Luke, which feature at Sunday Mass throughout Year C of the lectionary. Sean also speaks about his book ‘Words of Life: the parables of Jesus for people today’, which looks at parables in the three synoptic gospels.
